Return Policy

Return products must be in a sellable condition:

  • Must be in original package
  • Must be in full sell unit of measure
  • Product must not be defaced ie. With hand writing
  • Not expired

Products returned after 60 days, and up to one year, will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Return freight charges will be deducted from the credit amount, except in cases of EPSs error. Special orders are subject to the manufactures return policy, which may include a re-stocking fee. Please contact EPS Customer Services Department for immediate assistance.

 

Freight Policy

Freight will be paid to your location by Elim Preferred Services on the following product minimum.

Standard minimum is $250.00

Freight will be prepaid and added to the customers invoice on each of the following:

  • Non Stock Items/Special Orders
  • Next day delivery for over-sized items such as mattresses and equipment
  • Premium delivery services including One Hour, Two Hour, and Three Hour.
  • Orders received after 12:00pm CST requiring next day delivery.
  • Back Orders: Our fill rates are among the highest in the industry.

However, we occasionally experience out-of-stocks on some merchandise. It is our policy to pay freight on back orders.

 

Please follow these steps to ensure a correct and timely credit to your account.

  • Inspect merchandise to ensure sellable condition
  • Call your EPS service center to coordinate return and generate return packing list
  • Place a copy of the return packing list in the box
  • Pack in a box that can with stand shipping and is securely sealed.
  • Make sure there is no additional shipping information attached to the box.
  • Place all returns in your normal delivery area for pick-up
  • Affix return labels to all boxes being returned
